Maca Power Smoothie
1 cup almond milk-more or less to desired consistency
1/2 cup frozen blueberries
1/4 frozen banana
Handful of spinach
1 tsp maca powder (I use Terrasoul geletanized Maca Powder)
1 tbsp gelatin (Great Lakes Gelatin Collagen Hydrolysate)
1 tsp cinnamon
Place all ingredients in a blender (I use my magic bullet) & blend until smooth! I like to add the powders last so they get really well blended. Sometimes I add in some gluten free oats as well!
Great pre or post workout smoothie!
